This registration procedure is reserved for the participants in the ASPIRE project. The payment of your conference fee will be processed by the ASPIRE Project Staff. 

The registration as Regular or Student includes:

• Access to GaN Marathon 2026 conference;
• Conference kit 
• Printed proceedings;
• All Coffee Breaks;
• Lunches (June 8^th and June 9^th);
• Conference Dinner June 9^th (bus transportation included with return bus at 11 pm).

You can submit your abstract through this page. Remember to flag your affiliation to the ASPIRE Project.

Social events participation

We will book your lunches, coffee breaks, and dinner only if you book these items in the registration form. You will also have the opportunity to select or indicate your food restrictions.

Usage of photographic/audio/video material taken during the conference

By attending to GaN Marathon 2026, you acknowledge and agree as follows:

• to be photographed, filmed or recorded;
• that the organization of GaN Marathon 2026 may use this material on its website or in electronic and print publications and on social media;
• due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, GaN Marathon 2026 Organizing Committee disclaims all liability for the capture of your image (or images of your presentation) in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.
