The Regular and Student registration includes:
- Access to GaN Marathon 2026 conference;
- Conference kit;
- Printed proceedings;
- All Coffee Breaks;
- Lunches (June 10th and June 11th);
- Poster Session and Conference Dinner at La Fornace di Sammontana in Montelupo Fiorentino (bus transportation included).

The GaN Marathon 2026 conference will also host a set of short courses (with more to come soon) on Sunday, June 7th, 2026, from 14:00 to 17:30. The program will feature two expert-led lectures covering key advanced and innovative topics in nitride semiconductors.

- Patrick Fay (University of Notre Dame) — Impact ionization in nitride semiconductors
If you want to bring a guest (accompanying person), you can purchase the additional subscription for 140 euros. It does NOT include conference attendance. If you plan to bring more than one guest, please contact us at info@ganmarathon.com. The Accompanying Person registration (under Special Registration Types) includes:
- Accompanying kit;
- Poster Session and Conference Dinner at La Fornace di Sammontana in Montelupo Fiorentino (bus transportation included).
Accepted abstract
At least one author must register for each accepted paper.
Social events participation
We will book your lunches, coffee breaks, and dinner only if you book these items in the registration form. You will also have the opportunity to select or indicate your food restrictions.
Payments
Fees must be paid in euros (€) by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or bank transfer to Sabi Work S.r.l.. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you should first complete the registration form, and all details and instructions can be found in it and in the confirmation email.
Please note that admission to GaN Marathon 2026 cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received in full. If payment is still outstanding or delayed, registrations will be cancelled automatically and without prior notice.
On-site registration will not be possible.
You can select multiple registration types and numbers, then pay the total amount.
Invoice
The invoice will be issued and mailed to your e-mail address in pdf format in due time.
Cancellations, Changes, Refunds
Cancellations can be made in written form to registration@ganmarathon.com only and will only be accepted if received by May 27th, 2026. A cancellation fee of €50 will apply. Any cancellations after this date or no-shows at the event are not eligible for a refund and the full fee in accordance with the registration invoice or confirmation will be due.
In the event of cancellation of the conference, at any time, as a result of any event of force majeure or for other reasons that are beyond the control of the Organizing Committee, the registration fee shall NOT be refunded and neither the Organizing Committee nor the Organizing secretariat shall be held liable for any other costs or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, financial losses, etc. Participants are highly encouraged to provide their own insurance policy covering such events.
Usage of photographic/audio/video material taken during the conference
By attending to GaN Marathon 2026, you acknowledge and agree as follows:
- to be photographed, filmed or recorded;
- that the organization of GaN Marathon 2026 may use this material on its website or in electronic and print publications and on social media;
- due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, GaN Marathon 2026 Organizing Committee disclaims all liability for the capture of your image (or images of your presentation) in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.
